our process
Our team will review your proposed game concept, play test your game, and provide a set of feedback and actionable recommendations. This tier is perfect for the indie solo developer or for small companies seeking to advance their game or before seeking a publisher or other funder. This approach includes:
- An initial meeting with our team to customize the areas and types of assessment your project needs. Specific areas of expertise are identified and a full team is assembled for the project.
- After a briefing about the creative and usability goals, the team and our panel of experts will conduct necessary research and play testing and provide recommendations related to their specific areas of expertise.
- An in-depth feedback session with our experts and the relevant departments of your team to discuss the needs of the project and what improvements might be made.
- A final debrief to highlight actionable items that came from the consultation and help plan the best way forward. This will be followed by a full written report of the recommendations.
- If needed, follow-up consultations can be scheduled to evaluate progress that is being made on the goals identified in the initial consultation.
